Data deletion instructions

Remove your name from ChatBall

ChatBall only keeps the public display name you used in a live chat, the country you played and your score. To have them deleted, or to use any other right from our Privacy Policy:

1. Send an e-mail to chatballhelp@gmail.com, or a message to ChatBall on Facebook or Instagram.
2. Write "Delete my data" and the display name you played with, and on which platform (YouTube or Twitch).
3. We delete your name and scores from the leaderboards within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Facebook and Instagram

ChatBall's Facebook app connects only to ChatBall's own Facebook Page and Instagram account and holds no data about other Facebook or Instagram users. If you ever connected anything to it, remove it in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites; any data tied to it is deleted.
